Each student is issued one school diary for each Academic Year. The diary contains all the important rules and regulations along with the school calendar of events and guidelines. During the year the student record is maintained in the Diary. All Parents/ guardians are requested to familiarize themselves thoroughly with contents of the school diary. The School Diary is the property of the school and must always be kept safely. Loss must be immediately reported to the school. A new school Diary may be issued on payment of Rs. 150/- (One Hundred Fifty only which includes Cost and Fine.)

Each year on the 1st day of the Academic year and on a scheduled day as per the School Calendar the salient points of the School Diary are explained to the students and parents of newly admitted students respectively. Deliberate loss/ defacing to destroy remarks noted in any page is a serious breach of discipline. Such students will not be allowed in school till the School Diary is found or defacing undone.
